small haul

Hi :) So the weather suddenly just turned into freezing cold where I live  without any warns ( okay my mum told me before but that doesn't count!)  so I had to chase for a new coat as winter is near and I needed it :) I bought this lovely coat at Tally Weijl. It is khaki and has some kind of black tribal patter on it. It has a hood with fur which I love and some leather parts ( at the shoulders and the elbows ) that makes the whole coat fun and special. I bought a size bigger than my actual size just to be able to put layers under it. It is also padded, but I need those layers to feel completely warm "inside". All in all I love my new coat and I hope it will survive this winter! :) Also I tought I would put up the socks I bought, just simple H&M socks with dots, stripes and plain ones.

nail polishes

I couldn't wait to make this post! One of my favorute beauty products is nail polish. I just love it, I have a lot of colours because I always like to try out new ones. My makeup table is seriously filled with them, now I even have to find a solution to store them better because there's too much now and I can't handle them:D Recently I bought some new autumn-winter coloured ones and a glittery, christmassy one may slipped into my basket as well. A few of them are Essence as the lipstick and lip pen I wrote about in the past and there's a S-he product as well. I wouldn't say they last forever or so long, but I realized I am not so lucky with my nails. They tend to chip faster than anyones but I bought an Essence top coat polish to try prevent this. I have to say I am not satisfied and my best friend tried that product too and it didn't help her as well so I think it's not my fault this time. However I won't give up finding a good top layering polish to keep my original polishes on my nails!

This is some kind of a very deep blackish plum colour, me and my mother use it all the time :)

This is a rather deep red colour, it seems like brown but when you put it on it is a mix of black brown and mostly red.

I'm so sorry I don't have a close-up about the glittery one but my camera didn't really want to work with that one, but I hope you can see it on the first picture! :)

candles

Hello everyone :) I am trying to keep this blog interesting and I try to include every kind of topic that I can relate to and I hope you like it. I want to point out that I received my first comments ever and thank you for that so much, it feels good that people actually read what I write. 
Now lets get on to the main topic of this post which is CANDLES. I am obsessed with candles that have special scents. Vanilla is my absolute, all time favourite but recently I bought some other nice smelling ones. The first I found very good is with apple and cinnamon, and I absolutely love the deep red colour of it that matches with my room. Athough in the last picture it seems more of an orange colour, that is just the lighting.
I've tried these out and I like that they don't have a very strong smell ( the very strong ones make my head ache ) but you have to use at least three if you want to smell something.

The next three are vanilla, christmas biscuit and some unknown scent, but I like it very much. Vanilla is the winning and gives a very remarkable odour to my room. Yesterday even my parents and brother came in my room several times to just "smell around" :D. 

I haven't tried the christmas biscuit ones but smelling them withing the package they are delicious, I can't wait to open them up!

This last one caught my eyes because of the owls on it and the pretty colours it has, but the smell is amazing too. I am sorry I don't know what it is, and it is not written on it but it's some kind of fruit and spice, just amazingly delicious :)

Oh and I also bought some sconces, little "holders" for my candles. They are simple,  square and transparent. 

I purchased everything from DM ( I linked the German site for it ).

red lips

All in all I am not so into the colour red, but I have my exceptions. For example in nailpolishes, Christmassy things and... LIPSTICKS ! Yes recently I have been obsessed with red and all the shades around it. Also I like burgundies,and just every dark colours, be it for nails, lips, eyeshadows, clothes. But back to lips. The brand that I use is Essence, probably known in a lot of countries. I like it because it's not an expensive brand, but still has the quality. I don't use my lipstick everyday so this brand and its products fits me. Although I like to mix the coulour with a darker lipstick that I own, but can't remember where I got it from. These to gives the perfect dark-red coulour, since the Essence one has a bit of pink shade and I wanted to make it darker,deeper. Also I use the Essence colour pencil. It just helps me to stay within the line :)

I never had luck when it came to bags. It's the same with umbrellas, but that's another topic. :D I wouldn't say I am crazy about bags and I own hundreds of them, but I have a few. I tend to buy bags when school starts. There I obviously have to carry around books and they are pretty heavy, that's how almost all of my bags are ripped somewhere. Recently I decided to purchase a bit more expensive item so I went to Zara and I found The One. I have to say I am satisfied with my bag now, it's huge so I can pack everything in it, and it's simple black, I think I chose wisely, but we will see in the long run:)

chilly saturday

Yesterday I went on a close island with my friend to take some photos. The day started out as a warm and sunny one but by the time we arrived at the island it was rather chilly and grey. However we took photos, walked around and had a nice mulled wine. I actually had a great time, it was nice spending our time at a tranquil place like that :)

So I just wanted to say Hello and just introduce myslef. I am Kyra from Hungary and I would like to dedicate my blog to fashion, makeup and life-related. I know it sounds messy and unclear but we'll find out what I mean :)

I am now starting to sort things out, to get into the blogging area so excuse me if building up the site takes me a while.
