The essence duo

I decided to extend my eyeshadow collection, but I wanted to start simple. I bought these two gorgeous colours from essence. One of them is a shimmery, champagne colour while the other is a simple white-toned beige. Perfect for base or even a little highlight. These two colours are great for simple look, nice only used in themselves but can cooperate nicely with any other chosen colour.

#2014BloggerChallenge Random Food

Good evening! Today it's going to be another #2014BloggerChallenge post. It's all about food. If you've seen my instagram you can tell that I'm a foodie. That's why I chose to show you some instagram bits, shots about food and stuff. I love food and I love to capture them but I'm pretty rubbish at making them. The basis like toasts, tea, sandwiches and scrambled eggs are on my "menu" but other than that...well I need help...and my father is seriously the best chef I know, so I'm VERY lucky :D Also more than a week ago I had a school thing ( no need of details ) which led to meeting with an amazing polish girl and the first two pictures will be of some polish sweets she brought me and they are so delicious! I want more!! So maybe a trip to Poland? :D

essence matte lipgloss

Good evening or morning, it depends:) Now i will just pour my little heart out here and tell you about my recent favourite lipgloss that is the essence XXXL longlasting lipgloss BUT in a matte colour that is 05 Velvet Rose. It is so pretty and smells AMAZING- yeah that is an important property of it-. Well the longlasting part is the same like with the glossy ones, not true, you have to re-apply it. But trust me it worths because of the colour and the smell! :) I think that is my new go to spring lipgloss. What is yours? Tell me in the comments!

Garnier BB cream

Hi everybody! :) Today I am really hyper - I don't know why I just shared it with you but whatever- and here with a new post. It will be an absolute favourite product of mine, the Garnier BB cream Miracle Skin Perfector. I know BB creams are so not todays thing and there's already some kind of a CC cream but I just recently got my hands on the BB edition and I have to say: HOW DID I MANAGE TO SURVIVE WITHOUT THIS SO LONG? Okay let me tell you the story of me and the BB cream. My skin is not perfect, it's very far from it and I usually use a quite a lot of coverage..well that's not true, just in winter time, but I realized it's the worst time for my skin to handle that much of makeup as the sun is not shining throughout winter and my breakouts and dryness is worse. At late spring, summer and autumn it's fine when I have a tan, my skin is better and the coverage looks better as well. So this winter I jumped to the conclusion that I cannot do this anymore and I have to let my skin breathe, so I bought this. Well that was a long story :D I know it's not a foundation but I have to say it does miracle on my skin. It moisturizes, evens and covers a little bit my skin. There was only two shades so I bought the darker one as spring and some sunshine is coming, but it blends perfectly on my vampiry white skin too. I tell you if you haven't tried a BB cream you really should, it's amazing, well this one, for me. :D

Yaaay flu has finally found me...anyways while I am sipping on tea and filling myself with medicine, tonight I am here with another mascara review. I don't know about you but I am a total mascara freak and I just have to try out every one of them, despite this I don't say it very often : I think recently I found a perfect kind. But what is more surprising is that I found it at Avon. Usually Avon is the brand that constantly disappoints me but I never give up on it. And thankfully it was the same with this mascara, I thought it worths a try. And seriously LUXE is one of the most perfect mascaras I have ever used. It makes my lashes longer, fuller, separates them nicely...it was love after the first use :) Its bursh is perfect because it is not too thick or long or short, and has a nice shape. If you can, - I really recommend you to - try them out! Also leave a comment if you have a favourite Holy Grail mascara, I want to see them and tell me if you would like to see a post about daytime and night time makeup with this mascara.

fail and favourite

Helloooo everybody! The Holidays officially started, I am so happy and excited. Although it's a time for me to relax in everyday life, it's a time to work really hard on the blog. I felt so bad that because of school and before christmas craziness I couldn't post much the last two weeks, that I scheduled myself fully for the winter break. I have a lot of post ideas and a lot of photographic work that has to be done, so don't worry everything is planned, I will hopefully flood you with posts :)
Now for todays tidbit: I thought I would do every once in a while a post about a product that failed me and a product that is just simply my favourite ( for a long time ).
In this post the failure has to be the NYC Smooch Proof LipStain. I had doubts even when I bought it because it just looked like a felt pen. I tried it out first at home. The only disadvantage was that it was almost impossible to remove it...for that time. The next day I used it in school and it just had the strangest effect on my lips. It was really like I just used a felt pen. It was very wet then very dry and the colour wasn't pigmented at all, seriously the best way to describe it is that it was like a felt pen, like a little girl playing and thinking about pens as makeup, lipsticks. It wasn't a complete fail because it stayed on all day but it just wasn't working for me. However the shade, Forever Mine Wine 499 is so pretty that I am determined to get something in it. 

And moving on to my favourite product, it is a fragrance by Dolce & Gabbana called The One. My friend had it for a long time and I knew when my birthday came last year that I need to get it as well. It's a lovely, sweet scent that is for me sophisticated too. I just love it and will definitely re-purchase it when it runs out.
